Welcome to the Eventspad online booking page. We have built our online booking system so that you can easily see our marquee availability, check our prices, and book your marquee online.

We have written some guidance on how to use our online booking system below. If you are having an issue with the booking system or if you would prefer to make a booking over the phone. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email.

Trapeze Marquee Hire

Traditional Marquee Hire

Step 1) Select the marquee you are looking to hire!

Choose which marquee you are interested in hiring. You will then be directed to a page that shows the details for that particular marquee. This page will show you images of the marquee, the marquee size, the marquee capacity, the setup time and other details for the hire.

Step 2) Select the setup and collection date for the marquee

Click on the box “Hire start date” and select the date you would like the marquee to be setup on. Click on the box “Hire until date” and select the date you would like the marquee to be collected on.

You will have the option on this page to add in any extras that you would like to add into the hire. Add in the extras by simply clicking on the toggle. The extras visible, are the equipment that Eventspad can directly supply. If you would like to hire equipment that Eventspad do not supply directly please contact us for a quote.

Once you’ve completed this section, click on the “Book Now” button.

Step 3) Proceed to checkout

You will be redirected to a page which shows a summary of your booking. You will need to scroll down and click on the “proceed to checkout” button.

Step 4) Fill in your details

On this page you will be prompted to fill in your details, such as your name, the delivery address, a contact number, and an email address. You will need to fill out all the categories which have a red star beside it. If the compulsory categories are not filled out, the booking system will not let you proceed with the hire.

At this point, a delivery fee will be calculated depending on how far we must travel to get to your venue. This is based on the post code that you entered so please ensure you enter the correct post code.

Step 5) Complete the booking

Select whether you would like to pay on the day of the setup or if you would like to pay online by card.

Click on the “Place Order” button to complete your booking. If you selected to pay on the day of the setup, we will contact you shortly after making your booking as we require a 15% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Once the booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the hire. Please check your spam if the email does not come through.
